4. The main characteristics of the plate rolling machine

4.*1 The plate rolling machine is computer controlled with horizontal movement of lower roller.

Through displace of lower roller, upper roller and lower roller are in asymmetric state, then machine can pre-bending the end of plate. Machine could pre-bend and bend to round cylinder, once-forming, do not need u-turn.

4.*2 three working rollers adopt forging steel *2CrMo, after forging, quenching and tempering, HB**0, good mechanical properties, high strength, strong wear resistance, suitable for high load operation, long service life.

4.*3 All three rollers of machine are driving roller. advantage is: firstly it does not slip when bending thin sheet, the machine with three driving rollers is better than the machine with upper driving roller or with lower driving roller, its main load-bearing part are connected by keys and pins, convenient installation and repair.

4.*4 Both ends of working roller adopt double row self-aligning roller bearings, large carrying capacity, and reduce the friction power loss, long service life, energy saving. Due to the adoption of self-aligning roller bearing, the tilt adjustment of roller is very convenient.

4.*5 The rotary action of three working rollers is equipped with a braking device, to ensure accurate positioning of the work piece, safe and reliable operation.

4.*6.Horizontal movement of lower roller and lifting movement of upper roller were controlled by computer, automatic leveling, screen digital display; the synchronization accuracy is ± 0.2mm. The precision of rolling plate is very accurate and convenient operation.

4.*7. The upper roller could be single end tilt, convenient bending conical work piece. The upper roller was designed like a drum, *0% of maximum rolling pressure force of the upper roller as uniform load to compensate the deflection.

Large diameter of lower roller, has enough rigidity and strength, so it does not need to add the carrying roller device, also can reduce the equipment failure rate, upper and lower roller stiffness are in line with the requirements of L (1/****1/***0).

4.*8. The frame of machine adopts welding structure, meet requirement of JB/T ***0 or JB/T********7, after welding, furnace annealing to remove stress, mechanical processing, shot peening. The whole machine has sufficient strength and rigidity.

4.*9 Both ends hydraulic cylinder of upper roller were put at the bottom of machine, hydraulic cylinder and machine base constitute the whole machine. This structure lowered the center of gravity of machine, more stable, there is no chattering phenomenon caused by high center of gravity when bending plate, the bending force were put on the whole machine base, machine rack bears only torsion of bending plate. Unloading bearing body moves flexibly and quickly when unload work piece. Stability of equipment is very important for large equipment.
4.*0 The plate rolling machine are equipped with a movable operation cabinet, more convenient operation, touch screen display the position of the three rollers, enables the operator to stick out a mile

4.*1. The plate rolling machine control system adopts the Japanese company OMRON PLC programmable controller, the system has function of parameter setting, data editing, sound alarm, power-off memory, man-machine interface, status display, real-time computing, storage file, debug mode, manual mode, programmed mode, document editing, fault self diagnosis, operation fault intelligent identification; the system has strong anti-interference capability, long service life, strong anti-seismic, stable operation.

4.*2. Regarding returning position of two lower rollers, the computer has an automatic centering function, ensuring the symmetry of the two lower rollers and upper roller when rolling plate; therefore greatly facilitate the worker's operation.

4.*3. The movement of upper roller and lower rollers adopt high precision sensors, in order to ensuring the position precision and realize the roller position monitoring

4.*4. The main electrical components select good products of famous domestic manufacturer, with long service life, long time before fault.

4.*5. Main valves of hydraulic system adopt the northern Taiwan Seiki products. These valves are casting passage, large discharge, small resistance, small pressure loss, low heat; make the machine performance more reliable.

4.*6. Hydraulic pipe joint adopts cone sealing fast joint, the joint is reliable in radial sealing, to ensure that the hydraulic system of equipment does not leak oil.

4.*7. The hydraulic system have filter for absorbing and returning oil, to ensure system clean; have air cleaner, to keep normal breath of oil tank and the evaporation of moisture; have dual channel of safety protection device, to ensure the use safety.

4.*8. The unloading bearing body are driven by hydraulic cylinder, can be taken down and stood, that is convenient to unload work piece after rolling. There are a safety interlocking device for turning and resetting the unloading bearing body. After the unloading bearing body turning, other action of machine are in standby state, recovery normal movement only after the turnover bearing body resetting, thereby interlocking device playing the role of safety protection.

4.*9. The upper roller tail are set balancing device, the balancing device balance the upper roller when the unloading bearing body being turned over and work piece being unloaded, that is very convenient to unload the round work piece.

4.*0. This plate rolling machine adopts the integral base, strong rigidity, easy to hoist, easy to install. Machine racks and base adopt the welding structure that were annealed aging treatment and eliminated internal stress, improving the precision of rolling. The whole machine structure like a modular organization, it has a beautiful appearance, more convenient to repair.

8. Acceptance and installation
8.1 After equipment is completed, we will promptly notify the buyer come to our factory check it before acceptance. After buyer check and accept machine, and carry out terms of contract requirements, seller should delivery equipment.

8.2 Seller should run and test machine in no-loading and loading condition, ensuring machine could work when supply power at buyer site.
