We produce mainly Chandler variety walnuts with light colour
kernel. Product is from ***5 harvest. and is grown in the
Goulburn Valley of Victoria, Australia, which has a Mediteraean
climate ideal for walnuts.
Sizing is *9 to *2 mm, *2 to *6 mm and *6+ mm. Shell is light in
colour and easy to crack. Product is dried to 8%.
