According the size of mold which is given by UG engineers, processing to get the roughcast. 3. After the steel become available, then we process it by NC. CAD engineers and manipulator need to track at the whole time, until the mold formed. 4. To ensure the accuracy of molds and products, precise carve machine need process where NC machine can’t do. 5. All of the above processes have been finished, locksmithes can start to install molds , and cast plastic to debug molds. 6. Some samples’surface treatment need to be done after being made.
