Auto- feeder

you can use auto –feeder to work ,not only saving time and energy ,but also no oil gas come out to protect environment .

Reactor 

Our reactor is made by Q**5R boiler plate ,the thickness is *4mm.the thickness of *0tons reactor is *6mm.We used auto

-welding technology on the reactor. The thickness of weld seam is *1mm.so that the weld is uniform and strong. We used

 **0% x-ray crack detection to check the flaw of weld seam .and we used heat treatment with reactor to remove prestress .So that

 make the reactor more stronger .this is pictures of our reactor .cover is three layers .the first one is iron sheet ,fiber glass

 and cement .so it can keep warm and guarantee temperature.inside reactor have spiral so that waste tires can be moved

 back of reactor . 

Catalytic chamber

Reduce speed of oil gas, So that the whole system will be safety. Reduce partial dust of oil gas, purify oil gas, and increase

 oil output rate.

Cooling tube

This is the first step of cooling ,with recycling water to cooling down oil gas ,it has two layers ,inside is a small tube ,through

 oil .and outside is a big tube through cooling water .

Oil-water separator 

And this is first safety device prevent gas reflux .With recycling water to chean dust of oil gas .and purify oil gas . separate

 heave oil and water ,make heavy oil flow into oil tank.

Condenser

Three grade cooling device ,one cooling and three condensers (more than ten tons need five condensers.)Inside condenser have *7 smaller pipes,the diameter of which is *8mm.cooling area of each condenser can reach 

*3suare meters.the whole cooling areas will be *9 square meters (the cooling areas of 5 condenser is *5square meters .)so it can guarantee oil gas maximumly cooling down .so that guarantee oil output rate. Condenser devided into 3 part, 

easy to install and easy for clearance.

Vacuum system

Reduce pyrolysis temperature ,so that shorten pyrolysis time and save energy. Negative pressure can guarantee no 

press in the whole system ,so that guarantee safety .working with auto-feeder,when feeding material,can guarantee no oil gas come out so that protect environment.

Safety device 

Prevent gas reflux ,so that guarantee safe running ,

Exhaust gas can be reback to furnace burn as energy, so that save energy .
