Operation Guid 1. Firstly, turn on the water out valve (*0) 2. Then turn on the water in valve (5), let the water through the condenser (3), backwater tube (2), funnel (*2), then into the evaporator (7). Turn off the water until we can see the water level from the observation glass (6). 3. Use the same voltage as the machine required, and also make the ground wire of jack to the ground safely. 4. After power indicator displays, the machine begins to heat. When the water begins to boil, let in some water again to the evaporator. Control the temperature of distilled water with the going up temperature of water (through controlling a given of amount water). F . Attentions 1. This kind of machine is made of metal materials, so before using, you need clean it first, then evaporate it advanced for 2 hours, until the distilled water quality conforms with the standards. Every time before using, you need also evaporate it advanced for *0 minutes, then the distilled water could be used. Note: 1. Advanced evaporating follow operation guide. 2. If the machine is out of water or the water level is lower than the heating tube, it will make the heating tube damage. 3. Installation and Maintenance 1. It should be installed in stable platform. ***** source should be tap water. 3. The rubber tubes should be uniform with the machine’s tubes. 4. Water out tube and distilled water tube should not be to long. In order not to touch the distilled water, do not make the tube outlet in the water. 5. After using, let out all water and clean it.
