Blissum's RFC-W series Water filling machine, water filling machinery are specially designed to fill non-carbonated drink such as still water, flavor water, & wine in any shape **0ml to ***0ml PET bottles or glass bottle with screw caps, pressure caps or crown capping

Application:

This machine is designed for bottling non-air drinks, such as pure water, mineral water etc, itintegrates bottle washing, filling and capping into one monobloc unit.

Features:
1. Suspending bottle-neck clamping design makes bottlestable during the high-speed movingconditions. By changing a few parts, it can meet the need of production of different types ofbottles easily.

2. The new generation of stainless steel grab is adopted and the grabs have no contact with thearea above the bottle's screw thread. Nozzles in the grab can guarantee the complete wash ofthe interior of the bottle.

3. The advanced gravity filling technology used in this machine makes the filling quick, steady andaccurate.

4. Magnetic torque is used for screw capping, and the power of screw capping can be adjustedsteplessly. Capping is reliable and do no harm to the caps.

5. Advanced technologies, such as human-machine interface touch-screen and PLC programcontrol are adopted in this machine.

6. All parts that have direct contact with the water are made of high quality stainless steel. Thecritical electrical components are from famous international companies, such as Mitsubishi, Omron etc.

This series of mineral water filling machine are applied to the production of pure water, mineral water, it integrates bottle washing, filling and capping into one body of this machine. It is very convenient to change bottle size by means of advanced bottle conveying technology*-bottleneck clamping & bottle suspending technology.
