Product Description


Flexo plate making machine features an exposure with UV lamps and vacuum suction with cover sheet on a bard PVC board
Washout section is completely made of stainless steel with flat brushes and evolving plate-holder. Brushes can be finely adjusted in height to work with different plate-thicknesses and water temperature can vary from 0 up to *5C
Drying section has one drawer with hot air circulation by a heating blower temperature range from 0℃ up to *5℃ controlled with a thermostat, The central control panel monitors all the functions with electro-mechanical switches and timers.
