Products introduction:

This series of products using import special nano norganic (inorganic) pigments, water-based resin and related additives, high-grade water-based ink made by the certain physical reactions; the products no VOC emissions, non-toxic, non-inflammable and explosive, non-security risks, great color exhibition and extensive application for surface printing in HDPE, LDPE,PO ect plastic substrates. As long as water will be able to print, it is our special design for gravure and flexographic printing in surface printing.

Product application：

Extensive application in HDPE, LDPE, PO ect..

1. LDPE, HDPE (such as, T-shirt bags, Shopping bags,Rolling bags,PE bags and other electronic products bags,ect.).

2.Food packaging bags(such as,BOPP bread bags, umbrella bags,ect.).

3.Biodegrable bags(such as,corn starch bags, etc.) and absorbent paper.

1. General storage under seal for more than 1 years.

2. Avoid exposure to sunlight directly.

3. Seal the remaining ink after used to avoid viscosity increasing and skinning caused of moisture evaporation .

4. Packaged by plastic parrel, *8 kgs/ barrel or *0kgs/barrel.

Product Color: Color matching service is provided based on Pantone color number.

Storage and Packing:

1.General storage under seal for more than one year.

2.Avoid exposure to sunlight.

3.Sealed the remaining ink after use to avoid viscosity increasing and skinning by water evaporation.

4.Packed in plastic pail, net weight: *8kg/pail (*0kg/pail for white ink).
