Description:

Pitturalia WCM is a cementitious mortar anti: roots, acid and petrol suitable for contact with drinking water, for waterproofing masonry and concrete structures.

Packaging:

Pitturalia WCM is available in *0 kg bags with white powder.

Storage:

Stored up to *2 months in its original packaging in a dry place, do not use product if the packing is damaged.

Composition:

Formulated from cement binders and special waterproofing additives, Pitturalia WCM is prepared by mixing a *0 kg bag with 5 liters of clean water according to the type of application.

Application procedure:

Pitturalia WCM can be applied by brush, trowel or spray.

For slight moisture penetration 2.5 kg/m2

For reservoirs or structures where stagnant water is presented 4.5 kg/m2

For water with a pressure of up to 1 atmosphere 6.5 kg/m2

Consumption:

1.6 kg/m2 per mm of thickness.

Surface preparation:

Surfaces to be treated should be sound, clean, and free of dust or other contaminants that could impair adhesion.

Application:

For application by brush or spray onto a perfectly cleaned and sound substrate which must be thoroughly soaked with water beforehand, apply **3 coats Make sure the previous coat is sufficiently dry before applying the next one, In order to have perfect adhesion between the coats it is recommended not to exceed *4 hours. When applying by trowel reduce the mixing water to **5 liters per bag.

Mixing:

MIX AND USE.

Pitturalia WCM is supplied in *0 Kg unit and should be mixed on site using clean containers. Slowly add the powder to the 5 L. water and mix, using a slow speed drill fitted with a suitable paddle. Do not mix more material than can be used in one hour.

DO NOT RE-TEMPER WITH WATER.
