1. Introduction
This series machines are widely used for tension, compression, bending and shearing test of metal materials and also used for compression and bending test of nonmetal materials, such as cement, concrete and so on. Equipped with simple auxiliaries, it can be used for mechanical property test of fastener, wire rope and components. 2.1 Control card adopts advanced adaptive PID control algorithm, and truly realizes three closed-loop full digital control.
2.2 Data acquisition system consists of four high precision A/D conversion channels. The maximum resolution is 1/*****0. There is no subsection in all process; or, it can be divided into 4 subsections according to customers’ requirement.
2.3 Select BB, AD and Xilinx original brand integrated devices and full digital design.
2.4 Built-in large scale CPLD programmable device with high-speed computation capability and real-time processing digital signal.
2.5 Integrated dual roads precision programmable amplifier, digital zero and automatic smooth shifting.
2.6 Select high quality imported servo valve group, all control signals photoelectric isolation, *4V DC, safe and reliable.
2.7 Tension Test software runs on Windows 7 operating system; equipped with a special professional test machine software , and can process and calculate the test result and then output test report and the characteristic curve drawing.
2.8 Real-time record and dynamic display test curve.
2.9 Provide programmable automatic testing procedures and users can edit their own test steps according to the test requirements.
2.*0 Adopts human-computer interaction to analyze and count performance indicators of test specimen. It has automatic and manual two ways.
