3,Automatic control

Fully adjustable boiler's control system,using intelligent touch screen as interface,with multiple-level Chinese and English menus,displays operating parameters and state of heater:detection of heater ignition,operation and state of flame as well as protection of auto-matic shutdown.Just press one ,heater operates quietly and stably.The heater achieves the best combustion efficiency by whole-course control system according to the real-time load changes.

4,Water level gauge

Boiler body and boiler water level detectors combined into one,to ensure precise water gauge indication,as well as safety and reliability of boiler operation.

5,Cryosphere

The shell of furnace is made of mirro finished stainless steels,the front furnace surface uses high-temperature wrinkled finish for durableness and maintenance.The layout of high temperature resisted power cable is built-in trapped self-stipulation type which is simple and practical safe,compact structure.

6,Sophisticated Desigh

WNS boiler is three-pass desigh:the flame and high temperature smoke and gas through the smoke box forms reversal processing.

7,Furnace

Lower funace location desigh remains greater safety margin of the water level,has improved the safety of boiler operation,enlarged boiler heating surface has enhanced the load adaptability.

8,Corrugated furnace

Use of corrugated furnace chamber,effectively incress the heat transfer area,enhanced turbulence flow (heat) transmission,while alleviating the ermal expansion and contraction may cause shortened equipment life,and turning wet back chamber combination,increase thermal efficiency,and can add stress uneven heating.
