We are the legally authorized Seller's Representatives and have been mandated by the Title Holder to negotiate the SPA thru to the contract-signing stage.. We implementing procedures that are fair and balanced and "buyer-friendly" - and for drafting the contract and supporting documentation. We hold the exclusive rights to bring this product to market.

This is Sovereign bullion which is owned by a "basket" of Asian and Pacific Rim countries. It is not Thailand gold. The hallmarks are principally Heraeus, Metalor and Johnson Matthey. The product was assayed within the past five years. The bullion is freely liftable and exportable and is fully insured by Lloyd's of London for its full LBMA market value. We offer simultaneous POP/POF confirmation inside the bank, bank-to-bank (or desk-to-desk), and four (4) optional ways for the Buyer to take delivery of the stock.

The Title Holder holds metal accounts with LBMA-accredited Metalor Refinery in Hong Kong. This means, of course, that the Title Holder has been carefully vetted by the LBMA refinery and has satisfied the refinery's rigorous compliance requirements. We are, in fact, Metalor, Hong Kong's largest customer.

I have enclosed our Soft Corporate Offer and draft SPA for your Buyer's consideration. If your Buyer accepts our procedures, please let me know.

The next step would be a conference call between myself and the Buyer.

Thereafter, assuming the Buyer wishes to proceed, we would be pleased to issue a signed/sealed Full Corporate Offer. Then, following further discussions with the Buyer and receipt of Buyer's LOI/RWA, we will begin preparation of the SPA for electronic contract-signing.
