Four columns lifting machine for automobile

It is a dedicated lifting machine for repairing and maintaining large tonnage automobile and trucks. It is also fit for four-wheel aligner. The general four columns lifting machine has a four-wheel aligner positioning gear to make adjust and keep balance. There are two types – top positioned oil cylinder type and the bottom positioned oil cylinder type. The top positioned oil cylinder type four column lifting machine’s oil cylinder is set on the top of the column (with beam attached).
It mainly relies on the four chains to pull the four angles up. The pulling cylinder is set on the top part. This structure is very simple but very weight. Most of the second lifting is manual-operated or air-operated. So the workers have to be under the lifting machine and it is very dangerous for them. The safety device is air-operated device. If there is no air supplied, it will be in great trouble working normally. The bottom positioned oil cylinder type four column lifting machine’s oil cylinder is set under the platform. It mainly relies on four thick steel cables to pull the four angles up. The pulling cylinder is set under the platform and the power force is sent to all directions by six discs. This structure is very tight so it can be very light. We usually use electro –hydraulic for the second lifting. The second lifting device is connected with the main pump. So as soon as you turn the change-over valve it starts. The lifting speed is very fast. The safety device is made in wedge type structure. The four wedges move together with the help of the pull rod. When you simply pull the pull rod you can start the safety device.
