WIM Main Function

·Dynamic/static weighing function: able to weight the static or low speed vehicle. 

·Separate the vehicle automatically: system separates automatically vehicles going to pass weighing platform. In normal infrared vehicle separator separate vehicle, (but when infrared vehicle separator occur fault, induction coil can separates vehicle)

·Ensure that the traffic flow is big and reliable weighing even though there are lots of vehicle on the lane of tall station. The system can ensure to separate and count vehicles and weighing testing data is consistent with vehicle under following situation: two vehicles drive in weighing area at the same time, beside the distance between two vehicles is very close, vehicle queues and stops in weighing area, Trailer passes weighing area and backs off, vehicle passes the weighing platform again, vehicle incomplete enter and exit.

·Solve the multi-axle and wrong axle problem, which caused by a variety of common back off or

incomplete back off to ensure the weighing accuracy.

·Detect vehicle axle load, gross weight, overload.

·Detect the speed when vehicle passes the lane.

·Distinguish vehicle type basically: Distinguish the quantity of axle, axle type, vehicle type.

·Record the time when vehicle passes weighing platform

·The software of weighing system has “watchdaog” function, it can restart when system crash. All the processing software, device driver, demonstration test procedures and demonstration program

source code all have legal license, open the program source code to owner without any condition, the owner don’t pay extra cost.

·Form a completed vehicle weighing information, including axle type, axle load, multi-axle information, the quantity of tire per axle, the weight of double axle, axle distance and gross weight.

·Transmit weighing information to computer of toll station via data interface, data

   interface can meet the following requirements:

· Transmit the accuracy weighing data to computer of toll station.

· Accept the basic instruction from computer of toll station and complete the corresponding action, such as open or close weighing system.

    Weighing system has automatic buffer storage function, when sending the data to computer of toll station and it is fail, the weighing system stores data and try to resend. Before the data reach to the computer of toll station, it never is replaced by next data to ensure the completeness of weighing data.

·The indicator has digital display function, display axle type, vehicle type, speed, axle load, gross weight and relevant self checking state to make fault detection of system more intuitive and convenient.

·Weighing System adopts solidified software, conduct lead sealing according to measurement regulations to prevent human to change optionally.

·The weighing system has self-checkwhen starting, time self-check function, has the check reset and send the self-check information to computer of toll station.

·System provides switch which enter into self-collect, under self collecting state, to calibrate the weighing equipment conveniently via indicator panel , to do zero correction and calibration coefficient correction via indicator.

·When Load cell, tire identifier, vehicle separator occurs fault, they can alarm automatically, system presents fault information actively and reminds user to handle fault in time.

·Standard RS**2/RS**2 interface (connect to computer of toll station)

·System and equipment interface procedure can stores **0 data about weighing and vehicle type. The interface program sends instruction that delete those data in order according to requirement.

·The device drive way and data communication way are optional, change the data with computer of toll station, upload gross weigh, axle load, axle type, speed, overload mark to computer of toll station, automatically display overload information.

·The system is equipped with simple control device in toll booth, through human or IPC (industrial personal computer) to open or close the system.

·The system software can restart when it crashed. It has recovery function.

·Effective vehicle separation technology to sure system can work all day.
