Antistatic design
The conductivity of the metal parts (such as the valve body, ball, support ring, valve stem) isolated by rubber or plastic seals are ensured by the stainless steel spring. This complies with the provisions of BS***1.
No-pressure balance hole ball
The ball has no pressure balance hole to balance the pressure in the middle cavity when the ball is open. When the valve is fully closed or open, the medium in the cavity can be discharged without changing the operation conditions and effective inspection and maintenance for the valve seat and stem can be done.
Valve stem anti-fly design
The stem and ball are separated and anti-fly designed according to ASME*6.*4 and BS***1 standards. There is a whole shaft shoulder with self lubricating thrust bearing under the bonnet
Double seal valve seat
Each supporting ring is independent floatable and reasonably designed as internal pressure self sealing (double piston effect) to cut off medium, it is two-way double seal, the repeated sealing design has a double barrier effect on the fluid, which can ensure the downstream also can seal in case of the sealing failure in upstream. When the medium is liquid, over-pressure in the valve cannot be released back into the pipeline, and then it needs to install the pressure relief valve in the valve outlet.

Valve Seat
The valve whose pressure class is less than ASME***0# uses rubber seat to ensure double sealing. Primary seal is metal seal, secondary seal is soft sealing; higher pressure class uses plastic valve seat, such as nylon or enhanced PTFE, to ensure its just air and soft sealing to the ball; in addition, double rubber and plastic seat are recommended for use on the valve with no transition layer stainless steel internal parts in very low under pressure,.

The stem double seal
The stem can be double sealed with two O type PTFE ring, and it can realize the replacement of the valve stem outer O seal ring under pressure.

The emergency seal:
If the valve stem and valve seat support ring seal is damaged, using proper sealing grease can do temporary repair. In fact, the bonnet and the valve body or gland have a grease injecting hole to prevent leakage caused by the stem and / or supporting rings seal damaging. The grease injecting hole and groove distribute sealing grease reasonably, each hole is provided with a check valve, it is equipped with a quick connector grease gun.
Operation
All valves can be equipped with manual operation device or 1/4 turning effect driving device.
Fire-proof design
All valve design standards can meet the requirements of API**7/API6FA/BS***5:PART2. Using fluorine rubber (such as VITON) instead of graphite materials for the connection of inner parts and valve body can pass the fire test and test proves that all comply with the requirements.
Discharge connections
Each valve provides a discharge port and a vent, can be equipped with a plug according to the requirements.
Stem extension:
The valve needs installed in the ground or buried, the stem can be extended. And the pressure relief valve, drain valve, valve grease is also extended to the appropriate position.

Transition connecting pipe
When the valve is welded to the pipelines which need special process or affected by heat stress release, it can be equipped with a transition connecting pipe.
