1. Summary

This machine can be used for spinning various kinds of solution for wet spinning. It is small and flexible, and consumes less raw materials. It is a feasibility test for wet spinning, which is an ideal model for research and development of new material fiber for colleges and universities and scientific research institutes.

Primary tank (contain mixer, vacuum defoamation,) -,metering pump- gooseneck-spinneret-coagulating bath - winding.

3. Mainly technical parameter

3.1 Primary tank: 2L, sandwich-type, inner**6L/outer **4, heated by circulate hot water, solution temperature display, with vacuum port, nitrogen port, and metering pump base, feeding port is quick-open type, with two pieces of glass.

3.2 Concentric pipe: inner**6L/outer **4, heated by circulate hot water

3.3Metering pump: 1×1.2cc/rev，heated by circulate hot water.

3.4 drive of pump: made by stainless steel, heated by circulate hot water

3.5Metering pump base: made by stainless steel, heated by circulate hot water

3.6 Gooseneck: Concentric pipe, made by stainless steel, heated by circulate hot water
