We can supply large quantities of cement world you want to have more details please contact procedures are below : PROCEDURES - Buyer send LOI OR ICPO + BCL OR RWA and NCND to Seller, _ Buyer accepts the FCO, signs, seals and return it to the Sourcing agents _ Principal Supplier issues draft contract to Buyer for comments and acceptance _ Buyer signs, seals and returns the draft contact indicating all amendments required and includes full banking coordinates _ Principal Supplier amends the contract where necessary, signs and seals and sends it to Buyer for completion of the Final Contract _ Buyer signs and seals the Final Contract and returns it to Principal Supplier _ Within five international banking days after the signing of the Final Contract, Buyer opens a Financial Instrument/Documentary Credit at his/her own bank _ Buyer provides Principal Supplier a Non-operative Letter of Credit for approval and then forwards it to Principal Supplier�s bank _ Within seven international banking days after the receipt and confirmation of a Letter of Credit acceptable to Principal Supplier, Principal Supplier issues a fully active 2% (two percent) Performance Bond (PB) of the Letter of Credit value _ Principal Supplier provides Proof of Product (POP) _ Shipment and delivery commence as per the contractual terms.
