Our Procedure
(The procedure should be followed by the buyer
strictly)
1. The buyer issue the LOI / ICPO
2. The Seller will present the draft contract for acceptance by the buyer; contract goes through normal negotiation and validation period.
3. Buyer returns the draft contract by exchanging it by FAX or EMAIL attachment, duly signed and sealed within *4 hours, the draft copy will be deemed legal.
4. Buyer’s bank issues payment instrument by SWIFT, to receive the seller’s bank with 5 (FIVE) working days. Seller issues to buyer bank POP (**5) days and 2% P.B.
First Shipment
5. The delivery and forwarding begin immediately according to the contract.
6. ALL BANKING CHARGES including confirmation from the buyer bank shall be borne by the buyer and ALL BANKING CHARGES incurred by the seller at seller bank shall borne by the seller.
