I.MACHINEAPPLICATION:
Thisautomatic steelcoil wrapping machine adopts vertical packing position. It is a set of integrated multi-station wrapping machine specially designed for wrapping steel coils with a bigsize, to make theobject waterproof, rustproof, dustproof, well protectedfrom friction,andconvenient for transportation.
II. INSTALLATION:
Place the machine on the flat ground surface.
III. BASIC FEATURES:

1. Orbital wrapping.

1. PLC & HMI interface are adopted for automatic operation. Simple operation by imputing OD. ID. width & corrected parameterof coiled metal, other parameters will be setby PLCautomatically.

1. Roller stations convenient forcoilloading and unloading, safe and reliable.

1. Both manual and automatic working mode can be chosen.
2. The converter is adopted to adjust the overlap degree of the packing tape.
3. Height of thewrapper can be adjusted by motor for center positioning according different OD.
4. Automaticmechanical hand forfeedingandcutting the packing film.

1. Soft start and soft stopfunctionsensure safe operation.
2. The overlappingdegreeofthe packingmaterial is adjustable.

1. Sensors for trolley positioning.
2. Guardrails, soft starts and stop for safe operation.
3. Packaging tension is adjustable.
4. The rollers are wrapped by polyurethane.
5. Indicator alarms automatically when trouble occurs. Troubles can be shown automatically.
6. Special brake for the tape release device to avoid material folding.
7. Optional: extra roller stations can be adopted for higher packing efficiency.

1. Load the coils by crane, C-hook, forklift on the roller station. Coils can also be brought to the roller station by walking beam, coil car or conveyor.
2. The wrapper moving to the blocker roller station which is loaded with coil. The wrapper positioning itself. Adjust the height of the U-type track for different coil OD for packing material dispensing shuttle cross the center of ID.
3. TheU-type track closed.
4. Fix the wrapping material on coil by manual/automatic mechanic hand.
5. Start the packing automatically.
6. Packing finished, the materialsealed by manual/ automatic mechanical hand.
7. Wrapper moves to another blocker roller station for next packing (optional).
8. Offload the packed coil and reload thenextcoil for a new packaging.
