Cylindrical - Monomer Winding Machine

This is an automatic production equipment for making battery electrode groups. It has the ability to insert the electrode pad between the two layers of separators (each layer for anode and cathode electrode) for cylindrical winding function, meanwhile cutting off each material at a certain length during winding.  After winding completed, stick the termination tape to fix the electrode group, and finally carry out the unloading of the electrode group, hot holes, cell tubes,short circuit measurement, defect elimination, etc.

EV Square- Winding Machine

Mainly for the automatic winding of square large battery bare cell. With the structure of 3 sets winding needles and single-sided needles, anode and cathode electrode and separator active unwinding , automatic deviation correction. Pinch roll device drive plane to winding position and auto winding with separator together. After winding, cutting separator and sticking tape.  After cold pressing,  automatically unloading.

(1)Cutting edge is used under a light microscope for mirror grinding to ensure that the straightness of the edge is within 0.**3mm.

3,Dust control
(1)  Adopt the whole machine shroud structure, FFU filter unit, separator electrode layered isolation, to avoid cross-contamination of dust.
(2)Unwinding dust removal: use contactless air knife dust removal, strip dust with positive pressure and remove dust with negative pressure.
(3)Cut off dust removal: use multi-channel negative pressure dust removal. Have negative pressure dust pipes and dust boxes in the cut-off & upper and lower cutters, to avoid secondary pollution.
(4)Winding dust removal: high power independent dust negative pressure pipeline in winding position to remove dust generated in winding process.
