2.flat die wood pellet mill adopts Germany technic ,which is our national patent product. the flat die has the unique advantages to bear larger pressure than ring die pellet mill .ring die is restricted by its diameter, its roller can not be enlarged engough, bearing room is smaller , so the assembly bearing are not strong engough to withstand large pressure. especially for crude fiber biomass materails, it needs large poressure to press them well, so flat die biomass pellet mill is more fit for biomass materials .
3.flat die wood pellet mill can make biomass pellets as burning fuel and make animal feed,fertilizers for farm use. the engine can be changed into diesel or tractor .very easy to operate and repair .
4.Flat die wood pellet mill has auto lubriate oil systems, which can lubricate three taper rollers, vertical shaft,bearings and shafts automatically. no need to add oil each two month. but other supplier pellet machines need to add oil each four hours, very hard to operate, there is no other supplier can reach our technical in China til now .
