• In the process of alloy knife crushing, the rotor work with high-speed, at the same time the high-speed airflow rotates as blade’s direction, the materials speed up in the high-speed airflow and impact, cut and rub repeatedly. The crushed materials go into the analyzer with the airflow to be analyzed. Under the analyzer rotor centrifugal force and airflow centripetal force function, so when the centrifugal force is greater than the centripetal force, the fine particles with the airflow into the powder collector, and the coarse particles into the crushing chamber to crush the centrifugal action until you are satisfied with the fineness.
