**6L stainless steel sheet
Brief Discription
**6 / **6L stainless steel plates
are part of the austenitic family of stainless steel
and is the most widely used varieties of stainless plate.Due to
higher level of molybdenum and nickel, it has higher corrosion
and pitting resistance than **4 stainless sheet.
**6L is a low carbon modification to
**6 grade，The "L" means that the carbon content of
the alloy is below 0.*3% which makes the **6L
stainless steel sheet preferable for welding. Uses for
**6L stainless steel sheet 2B finish include high
end cookware, cutlery, marine applications and hydrogen fuel
cells. If you need that option in stainless steel, the **0 grade
will hold a magnet.
**6/**6L stainless steel alloys are
used in applications that require resistance to salt water, acid
and other highly corrosive materials.
