In ***7, ACHR Electrical Machinery, a company specialized in design and manufacture of automotive fuel pump. They contacted us and inquired about motor controller for their products. The client was really picky and particular, their engineer team set a standard on protection measure beyond the industry because this product is designed for the greatest automobile engine group in China—FAWDE. They said they had met several suppliers, some items of the standards were unacceptable, because if all items met this extremely high standard, the cost would exceed cost budget.
 
Xiongcai team wanted to give a shot. Xiongcai R&D team designed a combination of software and hardware meticulously called XCA**5, making all parameters up to customers standard. After one year test and verification, Xiongcai XCA**5 motor controller for water pump was approved. The client has introduced this product for 6 years till now.
 
Xiongcai RD team designed perfect protection measures to protect the motor.

1. Peak current limit. This measure will limit the peak current to avoid damage to motor;
2. Single PWM periodical current detection limit reduces impact of pulse current to motor;
3. Waterproof is designed for all weather condition, up to IP*7. The ESC is potted in epoxy to protect the electronics and improve heat transfer, enabling motor controller working in any condition at a lower temperature;
