Product Description

1.Brief introduction.

YKK series (H*******0) 6KV and *0KV high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motors are cage rotor asynchronous motors, the protection grade of this series is IP*4 or IP*4, and the cooling method is IC**1 (see GB/T***3). YKK series (H*******0) high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motors have the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, low vibration, light weight, reliable performance, easy installation and maintenance. YKK series motors can be used to drive different kinds of machinery. Such as ventilator, compressor, water pump, crusher, cutting machine tool and other equipment, and can be used as prime mover in coal mine, machinery industry, power plant and various industrial and mining enterprises.

2. Technical parameters.

YKK series motor structure and installation type is IMB3, the rating is continuous rating based on continuous working system (S1), the rated frequency of the motor is *0Hz, rated voltage is 6KV, *0KV, other voltage levels or special requirements can be agreed with the user when ordering.

3. Performance characteristics.

YKK series (H*******0) high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motor adopts box type structure. The machine base is made of steel plate welded into a box structure, which is light in weight and has good rigidity. Both sides and the top of the machine base have protective top cover and cover plate, so you can observe and touch the inside of the motor after removing the protective cover or changing the version, which is convenient for the maintenance and repair of the motor. The stator adopts slide-in external pressure structure. The stator winding is made of F grade rubber less insulating material, with reliable fixing and tying at the end, and treated by vacuum pressure impregnation solvent-free paint process, so the motor has excellent and reliable insulation, good mechanical strength and strong moisture-proof performance. There are two types of bearings, rolling bearing and sliding bearing, and the protection grade of the basic form is IP*4 according to the motor power and speed.
