3) Seller send to the buyer PRO-FORMA INVOICE for the quantity negotiated & POP ("SENASA CERTIFICATE": CERTIFICATE OF EXISTENCE AND AMOUNT OF PRODUCT IN PORT DEPOSITS AND READY TO CHARGE ON THE SHIP).

4) Buyers Bank send payment (Irrevocable and NON-OPERATIVE L/C, payable **0% at sight for the total quantity AGAINST PRESENTATION SHIPPING DOCS. IN THE BUYERS BANK) to the Sellers bank.

5) SELLER send full set of shipping documents. L/C become OPERATIVE.

6) Shipment commence.
