YM***0 Steel (iron) base inlaid graphite self-lubricating material basic with the high-strength steel alloy or cast iron, embed with special solid graphite lubricant in fixed angel and density, finally manufactured in precision machining.
ŸWhile the bearing running without oil, the solid lubricants will run out to the working surface by friction heat because of high linear coefficient, and reduce the friction coefficient. When it is in stoppage, it can weaken the friction of direct contact between the secondary metals and hence decrease the restarting-up resistance.
ŸIn the conditions of no high need for mechanical properties, it can substitute for Copper Matrix Inlaid Self-Lubricating material.
ŸNew product can be designed size according to P*3.*4, such as YM*************0.
