1. The counter has five digits, when the recorded length (the length of the article) is 1 meter,
  the wheel of the counter turns 3 rounds, and the number on the counter would be 1, and accordingly, 
 once the number in one digit accumulates to *0, and the second digit would be 1.

2. It has reset design, which adopts rolling device, turn one round, 
 and all the numbers will be 0, and the counting start again.
