It is sceintifically known as acquis brusel ( zebra Skin) it is has gone through a serious number of processing steps that makes it smooth, soft and not have any kind of smell. It has a very few number of stiches not exceeding 5 and complete no air slip.Hence making it a grade A zebra skin. This product goes through a number of processes as follows:
1. Scaving - This done hand made and very carefully with a specific tools. for a single skin it might take up to five hours so that accuracy could be got.
2. Soaking: This where the skin is kept in drums that rotate using a  motor and the drums must be filled with chemicals which do the smoothening and killing of all germs and making the raw smell of the skins go away this might take up to two to three days for ten skins.
3. After soaking there a through wash done to the skins that helps to clean and leave the skins clean with only black and white strips.
4. Hanging and dring its done mostly on direct sun light and once there is no direct sun light, an electric heater using spot lights is used to dry them up.
5. The final process is smoothen and brushing.
