Structure Features

ZH type with closed impeller apply to transfer the black liquid, white liquid, green liquid containing less solid during alkaline recovery under the temperature **0 degree and the liquid during bleaching process.

ZHO type with semi-open impeller apply to transfer the high concentration media with certain solid under the  temperature **0 degree during bleaching process.

They also apply to oil, chemical, environmental and public utility industry.

1)This Pump is a monopolar, single-suctional, horizontal radial split scroll casing pump whose body is supported by the foot with an axial sucion and a radial eduction.

2)Its rotor accords with the standards of ISO***8, that is to say, it is with a structure of back pullout(BPO), which is convenient for maintenance need not dismantle the pipe connecting with the body. Precision machined pump shaft and bearing lubricated by thin oil are mounted in it.

3)With a high strength bottom footing and a solid coupling between bearing body and bed plate, it will greatly improve the aggregate capability of enduring the loads from all directions so as to avoid the rotor bending and assure the best life of the bearing.

4)Muti-type seal is provided for you to select:soft packing seal, single mechanical seal and double mechancial seal, which fits for diverse working condition. With a uniform interface for three seal modes, it is convenient for interchanging among them.

5) With a reasonable planning, its cooling pumpcover can isolate the heat source effectively, keepingthe mechanical seal and bearing rotor working under normal temperature.
