Description
ZKK Series High-efficiency & Energy-saving Large Scale
Horizontal Vibrating Screen is generally for primary grinding and
grading, replacing spiral classifier and cyclone, which improves
grading efficiency and reduces circulating load of mill. The feed
size should be less than **0mm.
Main Features:
1. The overload high-precision helical gears and the special
imported bearings for vibrating equipment ensure the vibrator
working stability and reliability.
2. The beams for vibrator are high strength steel plates, with
dual-H structure design. The quality can meet the international
welding standards.
3. The screen mesh beams are high-strength structural steel plates
with rectangular cross-section structure design. The part where
deck contacts with material is protected by painted polyurea
or wear-resistant rubber glue.
4. High-precision polyurethane mesh decks with high aperture ratio
wear resistance, and has long service life.
