         Z type compressor uses a three(two)-columned vertical format that results in superior force equilibrium, low vibration and reliable operation. The cylinder and filler uses a non-back pressure structure. Reducing frictional temperature and abrasion improves the service life of the fillers and pistons, reduces gaseous pollution, saves fuel and therefore minimizes operating cost. The cylinder was designed for non-balanced stage & stage difference inversed model, can reduce gas circulations among the stages, and improve gas capacity, conserve energy. The valves are gas cushioned and hence have low noise level and long service life. The motor utilizes an STR soft starter and PLC controller with Chinese display panel, resulting in high flexibility, interlocked control as well as good safety and reliability. The heat exchange area increased, extended the wear and tear parts?service life.
        The internal electrical circuits of the equipment are designed to be explosion proof of Class EXD Ⅱ Bt4. This equipment was designed for ease of assembly and disassembly with a compact structure. In addition, it has a very small footprint as well as aesthetically designed.
