We are ready to execute the supply of this great commodity. In order to do that, we need to get the purchasing agreement contract/LOI from the buyer.

PAYMENT TERM: SBLC ( Standby Letter of Credit ) via MT **0 message SWIFT                                                                

Payable: **0% at sight of the original shipping documents.                                                                                              

Payment will be made immediately based upon the presentation of shipping documents: ( Bank-to-Bank )

1)-The Buyer confirms the quantity he/she wants to import by issuing LOI ( Letter of Intent )

2)- The Supplier/ Seller then after receiving the LOI,will issue a draft contract opened for amendment based upon the Buyer's consideration. The Buyer executes the contract with authorized signatures and seal it by highlighting any desired changes and then email it back to the Seller.

3)- It will be up to the Seller/ Supplier's acceptance of the amendment of the draft contract.

4)- From that point, the Seller/ Supplier will issue the original contract for final signatory. Both parties exchange hard copies of the contract via courier services within 5 ( five ) days of the signing the electronic version. Both parties lodge to their respective banks.

5)- The delivery of the merchandise start as scheduled.

INSPECTION: It is carried by SGS which will issue the quality of the commodity at the port of loading.
