The aluminum skin is always made by pure aluminum or aluminum alloy .The aluminum skin thickiness range is  0.*6mm*0.5mm,but the most popular skin sizes contains:0.*6mm,0.*8mm,0.1mm,0.*2mm,0.*5mm,0.*8mm,0.*1mm,0.*5mm,0.*0mm,0.*5mm,0.*0mm,0.*5mm,0.*0mm .

There are two department method for the PE core  .First ,it can be as fireproof material core  and without fireproof material core ;Second,it can be as breakable material core and unbreakable material core .

The aluminum skin and the core material can be changed and recomposited between any two style .We always make the aluminum composite panel in 2mm,3mm,4mm,5mm ,6mm,but the 3mm&4mm is the most popular in the market .The standard sizes is ***0mm****0mm ,but the wideth we can make from **0mm to ***0mm ,any longth is ok ,it's up to the client requirement .

Regarding to the surface,there are always contain two deal methods coating :PE or PVDF . Both coating are good ,but PVDF coating is more stable than PE coating ,it appears on the color is brightly more longer than PE coating .PE coating can keep the clolr bright about *5 years,PVDF coating is about *5 years.
