Acrylic Floor coating / acrylic sports court 

Colorful paint coating of stadium, tennis court, basketball court, volleyball court and others playing court; footpath, community, playground and so on.

Specification:

Water solubility, non-pollution, fast drying, short construction; moderate thickness, good wear-resistance, weather resistance, water-proof, slip resistance and breathability; colorful.

Thickness: 2.0mm 3.0mm

Useful life: more than 5 years

Construction technology:

Basic ground treatment: polish, repair and clean according to the basic ground condition;

Water primer: roll-coat 1 time to enhance surface adhesion;

Acrylic middle coating: add quartz sand, use trowel to coat 1 time to strengthen ground’s property of press resistance, impact resistance and slip resistance;

Acrylic topcoat: use non-ferrous topcoat to roll-coat 2 times to make ground dust-proof, water-proof, wear resistant, anticorrosion and easy to clean;

line plotting: according to the playing court standard.

Notice: walk upside after *4 hours, can be used after *2 hours. (standard

with *5°C, opening time should be delayed at low temperature.)

Completion 

1.  Courts can only be put into use after *4 hours when the work comes to an end.

2.  Upon completion, the constructor shall insure proper removal of all construction debris, surplus materials, empty containers and wash water, and shall leave the site in a condition acceptable to the owners.

3.  The court is to be left secure so as to prevent vandalism.
