2. A slurler containing limestone of a thermal desulfurization
plant is moved, a hollow ceramic material inserted and bonded to
the outside of the body, and a fiber-reinforced plastic material
is included to provide corrosion resistance to sulfuric acid
atmosphere, wear resistance to slurry, maintenance separation
3. Fossil fuels used for thermal power generation contain sulfur
and generate sulfur oxides such as sulfur dioxide (SO2) and
sulfur trioxide (SO3) when combusted. Sulfur dioxide (SO2) forms
secondary pollutants such as sulfur trioxide (SO3), sulfuric acid
(H2SO4), and other sulfates by photochemical or catalytic
reactions in the atmosphere, or reacts with water to produce
aerosol such as sulfuric acid or sulfate droplets
4. The thermal power plant is equipped with a gas desulfurization
(FGD) to treat sulfur oxides, and the desulfurization facility
neutralizes sulfur dioxide into limestone and discharges it to
gypsum, and a slurry supply nozzle is used to spray the slurry
containing limestone in large quantities
5. A conventional slurry supply nozzle has a clearance part
between the pipe and the nozzle, and thus the slurry is
penetrated into the gap to not escape and is cured, and thus
damage occurs in a process of separating the slurry from the pipe
for maintenance.
