It can be used on AC or DC power source and also can be used large current. Its unique features include stable arc, easy slag removal and smooth bead appearance. Application: In combination with H*8A , H*0Mn2 wires, this flux is suitable for the welding of structures, boilers, pipelines and etc. Typical Flux Composition Range: ( %) Typical Mechanical Properties Of : ( GB/T********9 F4A*-H*8A WELDING WIRE ) Guideline for usage 1.**- Dry the flux at **0 – **0 degree centigrade for 2 hours before use. 2. **-Completely remove Rust, Oil and Dirt from the groove surface prior to welding. NOTE: Agglomerated flux use a binding agent to hold materials together, are baked, and broken up. Agglomerated fluxes are easier to customize for an application, and can provide various alloying elements needed for welding.
