Foundry is also working through an integrated system in Akis. Data which is obtained by R&D department are transformed into drawings by designers. Composed designs are modeled by modern Horizontal CNC Machines. 

Akış, prepares sand mixture with  constant and required standard through instant data analysis in advanced sand preparing line technology and all of operations area without touching human hand.

This mixture is moulded in the moulding line which has capacity of **0 moulds per hour. It stands in automatic casting pot after moving on rails and analyzing with spectrometer device. After casting, it separate from material in shake-out and when it returns to sand system for preparing again, the material send to clean up machine for cleaning before machining.

Akis has modern and technological foundry plant in Turkey, wherefore, every process in the automatic casting line realizes by computer-controlled system from mould preparation to extrusion of each casting material. Casting of each material realizes with international standards.

Founding analyzing cast iron and bronze metals are realized in induction furnaces, which can make ***0 kg founding per hour.

Akis also has separate induction furnaces for bronze founding and casts bronze gears in a more tight and homogenous structure in the centrifugal technique.
