Assay Principle:

In a pH of 4.2 and in the solution containing of Polyoxyethylene Lauryl Ether（Brij**5）, Bromcresol Green forms a colored complex specifically with albumin. The intensity of the color, measured at **0nm, is directly proportional to the albumin concentration in the sample.

Precautions:

1. If the concentration of ALB in the sample exceeds *0g/L, dilute the sample with 0.9% sodium chloride and repeat the assay. Multiply the result with the dilution coefficient to the final result.

2. When human serum albumin (HbsAg, anti-HCV and HIV negative) is used as the standard solution, the processes and treatments are of the same with the samples’.

3. Shall be stored at 2～8℃. Avoid being stored at temperature over 8℃ or below 0℃.
