Carcass 1. Sides are birch veneered 1/2” plywood. The interior and the exterior are stained to match the door. 2. Shelves are 5/8” thick wood veneered plywood stained to match the door, adjustable and front edge banded. 3. Backs are 1/4” thick plywood with reinforced rail providing more structural stability. 4. Varnish finished to match the color of door. Door 1. Select birch, 3/4” thick with 2 1/4” stile and rail. Full overlay door styles or standard overlay. 2. The raised center panel is 5/8” thick solid wood or MDF veneered optional. 3. Mortise and Tenon construction. Front face frame 1. Select birch, 3/4” thick with with 1 1/2” stiles and rails. 2. double-doweled joints, groove for gluing and stapling. Drawer 1. Drawer sides 5/8” thick birch, dovetailed joints and stained to match the door. 2. Bottoms are 1/2” plywood fully captured. 3. Slides are full extension ball bearing side mounted or premium under mounted soft closing. Finish 1. Sherwin Williams standard formulations are used. 2. AC paint with hardening agent solidified varnish top coat is applied to doors, drawer fronts and face frames. 3. Glazing is applied to the doors and drawer fronts. Hinge Hinges are *-way adjustable. Roll-out Tray Optional roll-out trays. All wood dovetail construction.
