Laser engraved ceramic anilox rollers are a good substitute for chrome rollers. Ceramic is widely used in printing, coating, and so on. It has many merits such as exact transmission of ink, long life, uniform ink volume which chrome rollers do not have. A ceramic anilox roll has precise measurement function. On the one hand, we can get the exact BCM according to chosen LPI; on the other hand, for the roll with the same LPI, we can get different ink volume by changing depth of the cell or the rate of the cell and the wall. You can choose the right roll you need with the right BCM, LPI and angle depending on your machine precision scale and receptivity and surface smooth scale of the material you use.
