Product Description

Anti-foaming Masterbatch is non-toxic,non contamination and no influence to the properties of plastic product.Specially designed to remove the water,bubble and draw back in plastic products, such as PE,PP,PVC,ABS,EVA, PS, PA,LDPE,HDPE and other recycled plastic materials,etc

Descriptions:

1.Apperance: good plastics ,gray- white color

2. Advantages:

1.> It can absorb the water equivalent of *5% of its own weight.

2.> It has excellent processing performance, has good compatibility with

PE, PP matrix, and the ordinary equipments can be used, without changing of the processing technology, it can reduce shrinkage rate of the related products, as well as shorten the processing cycle;

3.> Non-toxic, non-stimulation, good plasticizing, uniform particle size;

4.> Good printing performance;

5.> Adding amount is within 1% - 8%, 3% is the generally recommended dosage,which is adjustable according to moisture content of the raw materials.

4.Application: Widely used in film products, bags products, sheet products and plastic products
