Installation Guidelines

•Toughened glass cannot be drilled or any other processed and edgeworked in any manner.

•Toughened glass ordered to templates must be accompanied with a full scale template made to correct dimensions.

Edge worked

Hingwah safety glass edgeworked is carried out before toughening.This glass cannot be cut or edge worked after the toughening process.The following standard edgework can be performed:

• Beveled edge or arrived edge

• Ground or smooth ground edge 

• Smooth ground or flat

• Polish edge 

• Beveled

• Drill holes have a ground edge finish as standard.large apertures can be smoothed or polished.

• Other edge working is available on request
