Every Single bed is made from *2 mm pipe steel with 1.6 or 2mm wall
thickness. The pipes are bent to specification for the
headboard and footboard, with 3 - 4 vertical pipes, typically of *5
mm diameter pipe.
the base is made from *0mm angle iron with a 2mm wall
thickness. The base matt is made from flat rolled expanded
metal, welded on each and every mesh opening .
The beds can be manufactured to be collapsable, but does not take
apart. No bits and pieces will get lost. The headboard
and footboard folds in under the base for flat storage.
The whole bed weighs about *0 kilogram so one person can
easily handle each bed.
The Single Army bed base fits a **0 x **8 mm
mattress. Extra length beds can be made to order.
We also manufacture these beds as collapsible bunk beds, but they
do disassemble into four parts namely the headboard/legs
footboar/legs and two bases. They weigh about *5 kilos
each.
