    2, Using the TP***3 three axis NC system, control the *-D motion for seam tracking, to realize the normal welding seam in the case of arc continuous combustion

    3, The spindle rotation speed changes with the rotation position of the work piece, to guarantee the welding linear speed

    4, Ensure the torch and work piece distance unchanged, angle within *0 degree in welding process.

    5, Using Japanese OMRON PLC and three axis NC system control to realize the above process, improve reliability. Can pre-set **0 sets of welding parameters, according to the product code, parameters can be called respectively.

    6, Using Taiwan Dong Yuan high power AC servo motor control spindle rotation and welding torch movement.

    7, The welding quality and appearance is good , penetration width meets the requirements
