It is horizontal structure and the places where it touches with materials are made of stainless steel. There are two kinds to be selected, i.e. general type and heat-up type. As for general type, it is single paddle without interlayer heat-up and it is optional to be directly connected with cycloid speed reducer. This type resolves problems of oil-leaking and pollution. As for heat-up type, it can be used for about ***0Pa*5 liquid with super-high viscosity, and hot oil, steam or water can beapplied between interlayer to procgear or cycloid speed reducer it processes mecess heating or cooling.With the help of worm hanical drive, that is, S-shape mixing paddle is driven to revolve and then materials are pushed to flip repeatedly and mix equably. Mixing time can be pre-scheduled, and it will stop automatically when arriving time.Besides, protection functions can be added such as shutdown upon open lid. This machine has overcome many imperfect and unreasonable points of old structure, and thus it is a new generation product.
