In ***8, Newtech Scientific Technology Co., Ltd. was established to serve the growing needs of plating high-tech electronic parts and surface treatment of IC board before and after chip packaging. For strategic reasons, Tsoen Sheng Industrial Co., Ltd. and Sun Castle Sanitaryware Industriy Co., Ltd were merged together to form a new company, S
