• Applications: the line is used for spinning polyester, poly amide and polypropylene yarn, modified polymer bi-component, conjugatet. Side sheath-by-side sheath-core, fragment and sea island micro-denier poy, fdy filament or irregular, round mono-component poy, fdy filament.

  2. Two groups of melt manifold with static mixer and bcpf continuous melt-filter.
  3. Separate temperature-controlled spinbeam with freezing valves, two vertical metering pump drive systems and two high-precision planetary pumps.
  4. Top-mounted or bottom-mounted rectangular shaped or cylindrical shaped composite spin packs with chimney effect prevention; and various of bi-component spinnerets.
  5. Quenching system with good uniformity and stability.
