1. Brief introduction of the peanut butter machine :
1.This peanut butter machine is maily used to crush material into
paste. jam in food,chemical area.
2. The raw material could be peanut, sesame , Cocoa, almond etc.
3. The final paste is more fine and have big capacity.
4. The standard type machine material : All the parts connecting
with raw material are Stainless Steel , Stator and Rotor parts
are SS **0. Other parts are Carbon steel. The machine material
can be customized to **4 stainless steel or **6 Stainless Steel.
The machine material can be customized to **4 stainless steel or
**6 Stainless Steel according to customers's requirement.
2. Scope of application:
(1) Various nuts: such as Peanuts, Sesame, Almonds, Cocoa,
Cashew, Soya beans, Corn, Hazelnut , Pistachios,

(2) Vegetables and fruits: Chili, Garlic, Ginger, Onion,
Tomato, Potato, Banana, Apples, etc.
(3) Meat : Chicken, Fish, Bone mud, etc.
3. For the nut raw material , you need roast or soak it before
grinding
(If you want the nut butter or paste, you need roaste the nut )
If you want the nut milk, you need soak the nut )
Why ?
Answer:
(1). First: Our Colloid Mill is wet grinding equipment, it is for
grinding the raw material with liquidity.
(2). Second : When roasting the peanut , the oil contained in
peanuts can come out fully, then it can get to the perfect state
of peanut butter.
(3). Third: When soaking the raw peanut , it can increase
moisture of the peanut , then it is helpful to get the best nut
milk.
If you do not roast and soak the peanut , there is no big
moisture and the oil can not come out greatly, it is not helpful
for our wet grinding equipment- Colloid Mill to grind peanut.
This skippy peanut butter machine is widely applied in the

milk, dairy products, soft drinks and etc.), medicine (syrups,
nutrition liquid, Chinese herb extracts, poultice and etc.),

Working Principle:
The fluid and semi-fluid material pass through the rotor and
stator which are relatively linked at high speed. The material is
subjected to strong shearing and frictional force, and under the
action of high-frequency vibration and high-speed vortex, will be
effectively crushed, emulsified, homogenized and mixed, so as to
obtain the required fine grinding fineness.
