Electric tire crane is a full-rotation boom crane with hook and double-cable grab. It has no self-propelled device, but can be operated with the help of other traction equipment or mechanical towing. It is mainly suitable for loading and unloading of piece goods and bulk goods in places such as ports, docks, warehouses, and cargo yards where operations are frequent and not often moved. It is powered by a three-phase power supply, and three motors drive, lift, rotate, and luffing mechanisms to realize free lifting, lowering, rotation, and luffing of the load, and *0% load variable load. If the chassis is omitted, the slewing bearing can be directly installed on the metal structure chassis, tower or movable floating boat to make corresponding rail-type, portal-type and ship-mounted cranes.
Maintenance measures:
When the tire crane equipment is in use, the hydraulic system radiator should be cleaned regularly, so that it can ensure that it can play a good heat dissipation and ventilation effect. At the same time, avoid long-term overload operation and reasonably allocate work and rest time. If the brake and other parts are overheated, it is strictly forbidden to use water to cool down.
When tire crane equipment is maintained in summer, the transmission box, steel structure, and axle components should be checked for flexibility and small cracks. This can prevent the damage caused by the high summer temperature. Rusted areas should be promptly derusted, painted, and repaired to prevent further spread of rust due to heavy summer rain.
